I'm not sure why everyone else didn't like it here, but i never had any problems. The maintence guys fixed my problem very quickly, my kitchen light burned out. The people in the office where very nice to me, such as I had a family emergency where i had to rush back home to the south, and was unable to pay my rent on time, they understood and let me pay late with the only penalty a late fee. There are lots of places to walk my dog, and all of my neighbors are friendly and courteous. Those other people writing sound like cranks, so Im glad they moved out because Im going to renew!

No, we, the other raters, are not cranks. When my wife and I were there in 2005, we didn't think the management was customer friendly, were heavy corporate types really focused on making as much money as possible, and the units were not worth the monthly rent.
