You get a garage , but If you have a full size truck like me, and parking next to other cars is a sqeeze. They have lots of workers doing things all the time. Theres plenty of space in the apartment. plenty of cabinet and closet space and you can store things in the garage if you need extra room. You do need to ask about all fees when signing . We where never told of alot of things , like the 500 dollar pet deposit and monthly pet fee of 30 bucks untill we had started signing papers. We where only told they except pets. there where also signing fees and if you run your card and dont have local checks like most out of towners you pay an extra 15 dollar charge for running your card. Like others we where never told anything of a termination fee But after reading these I will look in to it There really isnt that many noisey people . we never hear them at least.
