As far as looks, very nice. Management, horrible. My husband and I should have taken some clues. First, while applying, someone came up to the manager pissed and screaming, she wouldn't help him. He didn't start off wrong, she did. Second, when we went to sign the lease, you could smell alcohol on the leasing agents breath. A month later, we got fined because we didn't bring in our renters insurance account number, or did we. They freaking lost all of our paperwork. Pain in the ass! Being military, Iraq deployments and ----, no time for all of this. The neighbors were nice for the most part and parking was good, i do have to admit. The Security patrol, cool as ----! Maintenance, very friendly and actually remembered names. As far as management went, couldn't keep track of a damn work order, I'm not blaming the maintenance men. It took three months for my shower to be replaced. The availablity, very good, that could also be a hint, but it was convienent. If you plan on staying, good luck!
