I lived in mission hills for over a year, i had to pcs to Okinawa unaccompanied and my wife stayed there until the lease terminated in November. During my stay I didnt have many problems, besides the fact that its a "gated community" and they couldnt even keep the gate fixed, I also remember the water issues! After my wife left to go back to NY they sent her a bill for services our deposit didnt cover. I know my wife left the apartment clean but since they did the final walkthrough alone they claimed everything was dirty. So not only did they lie to keep my deposit but they think they are going to charge me extra! As a service member its a slap in the face to be treated this way. Do not rent here becasue in the end they will squeeze your money out of you any way possible
