The management here is a joke. They treat everyone like they are kids. They will try to take every ounce of money you have. If you don't renew your lease with them the 1st month's rent goes up $10 and then every month after that goes up $200. Grounds keepers blow all of the dirt and leaves into your apartment or directly at your truck/car. Neighbors are complete -------s and will tow any vehicle. The price of rent a month (1275) is way too much for what you get. Each apartment only gets one assigned parking spot and if your lucky a garage, if you have more then 2 people living in an apartment that are of age to drive, each additional parking spot will cost you an extra $35 a month. Trust me read all of the reviews, everyone is right about this place, management blows,and is definitely not a place for military families. THEY DO NOT PUT A MILITARY CLAUSE IN THEIR LEASE SO WATCH OUT! It's just a way for them to screw you once again!!!!
