We moved into the apartment in July. Everything seemed fine. Everything worked. Neighbors around us were really friendly. our upstairs neighbors were loud, rude, threw trash around our unit so our dogs could eat it, and had to call the police for a domestic violence issue. Our neighbors to the left of us always left their loud rap music on at 11pm and called the courtsey patrol but they never showed up to tell them to turn it down. Parking was a hassle: my durrango got keyed, the logos on my rims were stolen off in front of our apartment. the garage barley fit our durrango and dakota. the hot water smelled really disgusting and took awhile to heat up. its a flat rate for about 8 units for your water bill. neighbors used the visitors spot as their 3rd spot to park in. they don't help out military folks at all. they're emergency maintenence phone # is linked to a pager but don't tell anyone that. we had an end unit and the other 7 units plus ours had our toilets overflow at 11pm at night. i paged the # and no one did anything until 10am the next day. being pregnant i couldn't be there and had no toilet to use. kitchen cabinets are disgusting as well and small so you can't fit alot in them....the dishwasher had rust on the bottom as well as some of the shower fixtures. the shower head came up to my shoulders i'm 5'8".

Apartments are WAY too small for the price you pay. yes, you get a garage, assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, gated community for "safety" with "locked" walk through gates, pool, spa. If your in the smaller complex your gate card doesn't work after 6pm to get into the pool in the lower complex. After the fires landscapers blew all the ash onto our patio and ventilation system. they post notices on your door knowing you don't live there/in the process of moving out. pet rent is $50 extra for 2 dogs. if you break your lease....its a $2500 fee for breaking it.

Don't waste your money living here....i didn't feel safe at all. the walk through gates were never locked liked they promised us they were supposed to be.

My wife and I lived there for 3 months. While we didn't have the neighbor problems as bad as this resident, nor had toilets overflow, the rest of our experiences there were similar to what is reported. True, about the kitchen cabinets-- inside is 20-yr. old unfinished particle board that is greasy with no way to clean it.
