My husband and I moved into Mission Hills about a year ago and the management that was there last year is a COMPLETELY different management than now!!! I can assure you all of the terrible comments regarding this apartment complex is due to the PRIOR poor management! The current management is a group of compassionate, wonderful, genuine people who do their best to give you an amazing living experience! They are very friendly and animal-loving! We, unfortunately, did move recently (to live with family)...However, we are recieving 95% of our deposit back which includes 2 pet deposits and the original apartment deposit! I have never recieved any deposit back from any other apartment complex before!! Mission Hills is completely based on serving the residents!!! They WANT to give you back your money and GENUINELY want you to be happy living there and also happy when you move out!!! The staff is phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend anyone to live here!! The maintenance staff is just as pleasant and wonderful and any problems in which you encounter are resolved within a couple days..if not THAT SAME day!! Honestly, this kind of management and staff is rare in this day and age, so do not pass up any opportunity to live here!!!
