We recently moved into Mission Hills and are pleased for the most part. Some tennants don't understand the parking concept, however, and that gets annoying. You are allowed ONE spot, and then your garage. Your garage may several yards away from your door though and if you're trying to bring in groceries or something it doesn't do you any good when someone has your spot. It's especially bad on the weekends. You can call he office and they usually handle the problem right away, and I've also seen the tow truck a few times a day. These apartments are older so it seems like the walls are really thin and you can hear some noisy neighbors but not too bad. Lots of military, like us, so the constant moving in and out shouldn't scare you. Grounds are nice. Pool is nice. But will the fitness center ever be ready'!'!' We'll never know!
