The Pros: Close to everything, shopping, food, stores, freeways and work. The garage is useful and you also get an assigned space. Not too many problems with others in your spot. Washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus as is the gated access (you do need to have a land line to activate it).
The Cons: Once the winter arrived my place became infested with RATS! Of course my nasty new downstairs neighbors didn't help the situation. The rats ate through some of the water pipes and floded everything downstairs. The management was pretty prompt at fixing everything but the rats came back. I could even hear them scratching away in the middle of the night. You sould not be paying this much to live with rodents.
