We are also a military family...we had to leave before our 6 month lease was up as well. We informed them of our intent to move sometime in the next 2 months. They had us fill out a paper with our intent on it but left the move-out date blank...when my husband got his orders they filled it in (that was only about 2 weeks before we vacated) we got our full deposit back and got the month pro-rated. They were always wonderful and remembered our names. Our children were always welcome in the office. They have free movies, cookies, coffee, donuts on Saturdays, game room, and every other amenity you would want. We had a great experience and would rent from there again if we were stationed back at Pendleton!
