Let's face the facts everybody and use some common sense. Out of all the people who live in apartments, of course you are ONLY going to get reviews from people who are disgruntled and upset. People who live in apartments who LOVE the place, speak up much less often. Because of that fact, I've chosen to write a little about The Missions at Rancho Del Oro and give my thoughts on the previous postings. The staff here is amazing!!! I've never lived anywhere with such an outgoing and truly sincere management team. Darlene the leasing woman is the best I've ever worked with and remembers everybody's name. The apartments are the newest thing in Oceanside (and let's not forget in a military area most apartments are usually trashy), and YES you pay more, but look where you are living! The next closest thing in age to The Missions is 12 years older than Missions, so of course the rent is much less. Less rent often means worse clientele and neighbors next door that you really don't want to be near anyway. Now for the military comments...GET OVER IT PEOPLE!!! You already get special treatment by not having to pay the cancellation fee with your orders of deployment, and thats more than any other person gets. 30-days notice is REASONABLE and FAIR by law and totally acceptable for a place in business to earn money. So, stop whining about it and remember...YOU chose to join the military, nobody forced you. Lastly, I have to mention the maintenance team. Whenever I have a service request it is fixed ON TIME and with superior customer service. In closing, remember to use common sense in reading these negative postings and realize that when people don't get their way about something, of course they will say bad things. Its called immaturity and not dis-satisfaction.
