My wife and I lived at the Missions at Rancho Del Oro for the last seven months. For the seven months we have been there, we have been dying to get out. The apartments are very noisy. You hear banging all night long. Kids are constantly running up and down the hallways. The Spa is gross. My wife and I were sitting in the spa for the first time and we looked around and all we saw was dead skin cells floating around us. The Gym equipment seems like it is allways broken, and the managemtns does nothing to repair the equipment. There is no parking depending on where you rent. The Missions at RDO are WAY over rated and over priced for what you get. I encourange everyone who is renting to look else where.

As a 5 year resident, I have only seen one piece of gym equipment broke and it was fixed within a year, and I use the gym often. I have to give it to you on the noise. I hear the little kid above me running all the time. I have just ramped up my complaints on this issue. As for parking, they offer a reserved covered spot at $20/month. Don't be so cheap if you really wanted a place to park, you would pay for it.
