Very bad place. High rent. Paper thin walls and robberies and break ins all over the place.Terrible office staff and crappy apartments. Also, if you're military, they rip you off. don't move here.

Obviously with a heading to a post like that, not only are you unhappy with the apartment but you are also very uneducated.

I have lived here for 5 years, and although I think the management can be pin heads at times, I have never seen or heard of any theft or break ins. This complex is by far the nicest in Oceanside. The rents are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. Like I said, I have had my moments with management, but this post is bogus info.
