I personally think this place is better than Montecito Village. It's nicer and yes priced just right at $1295 for 1bed/1bath and it includes your washer/drier. Not that many places have this in their apartments and not to mention without them charging you an arm and a leg. I am married to a US Marine and yes we can get out of our lease if he is getting deployed. In my opinion I think that is fair for military families. Don't make rude comments about military personnel, some of them don't agree with the war and some do, but that does not mean you can disrespect them, a civilian makes more money than them, if you calculate what they make an hour. They make less than the minimum wage. I have yet to deal with having something fixed, but if so then I guess I have to be persistant with them until I get what needs to be done!
