I have lived here since this place was built. For the last two years we have had several problems with skateboarders using the hallways to our units. It is very loud and annoying. The offenders do not live here and repeatedly we've contacted the management and the police department. We've been informed by the police that there is not much they can do but to ask the offenders to leave the premises. They have said that as long as there are no signs posted for NO skateboarding or tresspassing they can not cite them. Management has been told of this but they either are not willing to post signs or do not care. Eight years I have stayed here and now I will be relocating after the end of my lease. For the amount this place charges for rent, it is not worth it if you can't even joy some peace and quiet in the afternoons.
