Management and maintenance were very attentive. Any repairs we needed were taken care of efficiently and effectively. There were, however, some major issues that eventually led to us relocate to a different apartment. First, when we moved into our apartment it was infested with fleas (lived on the first floor). The terminator had to come by on 3 seperate occassions to fully get rid of them. Secondly, solicitors were a constant nuisance. Although there is a sign that prohibits soliciting, there is no reinforcement of that rule. Thirdly, the layout of some apartments can make it vulnerable to break-ins. During the day, 2 individuals attempted to break into our apartment. Unfortunately, they were never caught by police. Although the staff is friendly and easy to work with, I still would not suggest living here due to our sour experiences.
