I love this place! Although the price is a little high in price, and they charge
you for everything (trash, parking spaces under the roof, garage, storage) The peace and quiet is exquisite! I do have to complain about the fact that when I moved in it was dirty. I mean does the cleaning lady just pretend to clean up or what' I was annoyed the last chore I needed after moving heavy furniture alone was to CLEAN!!! The wall were not painted scuff marks all over the place and cat hair all over the carpet ( so much for cleaning charges). Neways everything else is fine, but the WAY THE PEOPLE THAT CLEAN OR PRETEND TO CLEAN LEAVE THE PLACES AFTER PEOPLE MOVE OUT!!! Come on! I hate to pay all that money to get crap! By the way next time I move out don't charge me for the darn windows to be cleaned! I'll clean those too! and I'll leave this apartment cleaner than the other one, besides ask yourselves.......what does that lady in the golf cart really do' does she really clean because she sucks. Please do me a big favor check up on their work, it reflects on you nice people in the office.

Oh by the way get people to park because they need to park in the free zones or tow away. They use the darn free parking space to store their bikes that NEVER move!!! It is annoying!!! I need space for my car too!! please fix that, not all of us can afford a parking space on top of rent.
