Where do I even begin' First, we have filed at least 3 complaints in the short time we have been here (4 months) our neighbors upstairs are so loud ALL the time stuff falls off our walls due to them stomping/jumping around they wake up my 1 year old son in the middle of the night with their parties.. I can LITERALLY hear them pee in their bathroom! The walls are so thin Its unreal! I can hear them talking what music they are listening to ect.. we would love to leave our windows open during the day and feel the warm weather but we cant b/c the area is so noisey (not like closing the windows does much good anyway) I cant stand the noise here! We also have painting that needs to be done and no one has come back to paint over the primer they painted on all our window seals due to the fact that we have a MASSIVE amount of mold growing on the window seals. Second, and the most important part, is the fact that this complex and ARCHON GROUP (the company that owns the apartments) has taken our money out of our account 2 months in a row before rent was even due,putting us in a negative balance in our bank. We had it set up to auto debit the first few months and then 1 month it came out 2 days before it was suppose to come out they took it out of our account and put a hold on our account until we got paid.. We were left without money for 2 days we are a military family with only one spouse working due to the others health. We have yet to see our overdraft fees paid and compensation for their wrong doing. Then the following month,after canceling the auto debit method of paying, our account was hit again before rent was due leaving us negative once again almost 1600$ They had no right to access our account in the first place and are now telling us they wont refund our money.. We are in the process of contacting military lawyers and are demanding they let us out of our lease.. they have caused nothing but trouble for us and even with the noise complaints filed did nothing but leave a note on their door asking them to keep it down.. The tenants upstairs obviously dont care and managment has chosen to not do anything about it. This place is by far the worst complex we have ever lived in and we will be leaving as soon as we can. I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE Please take my advice and dont move here. It isnt worth the trouble,embarassment,and heartache.
