I had a good experience living at Missions. The staff was very friendly and my maintenance requests were always taken car of right away. I always felt safe. I really have no complaints. The rent was high, but I knew that moving in. The only bummer was I got stuck with lots of charges when I moved out. The paint on the walls was flat so touching it with my hand would leave a mark. I have a small dog and always kept her in a crate when I was gone. I got charged with pet damage. My dog weighs 12 pounds, there was no way she could have made spots that big in the carpet. But there was no way from me to prove they had animals in there before me. Everyone in our building was quiet even living close to the pool area. No problems with noisy plumbing or upstairs neighbors. I would definitely recommend the complex. If I didn't have to move out of the area I would have stayed when my contract was up.
