Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We moved into an apartment and 15 days later we were moving to another one. The new carpet or the previous tenant had serious flea problems.
The new apartment had a (noisey) view of the pool. Our downstairs neighbors we loud, rude and inconsiderate. The management staff tried to take care of the problem but we doubt the sincerity considering one of our final reports about a charcoal fire (clearly not allowed) on their porch went on deaf ears.
The maintenance staff is EXCELLENT, the grounds are well kept. The buildings are old and you can hear your neighbor take a bath.
Parking is indeed a SAFETY hazard with numerous cars routinely parking in FIRE LANES.
Aparently there is a reason they spray for bugs EVERY Friday.
