Okay for the money

Very well kept. The apartments are 12 years old and the appliance in the apartments are about the same, a lot of spiders. Second floor apartments have vaulted ceilings and a lot of windows. First floor apartments also have a lot of windows but everyone can see inside your home.
A lot of "military presence" at the complex. Very hard time to find parking unless you buy a garage at $75/mo.
Friendly staff and very good maintenance. Nice pool, small and in the summer a lot of kids. A small gym, not worth using.
Wall are very thin, and some of the tenants are noisy. One bedrooms have an open living room and kitchen. Actual bedroom is small. Hard time fitting a king size bed.
Area is good. Many grocery stores and a Walmart near by.
