These issue are EVERYWHERE, not just Montecito

Really' Are you people going to complain about issues that occur virtually ANYWHERE you live' A/C- not even necessary in Oceanside. Montecito's apartments have a lot of windows and nice breezes. If you're hot- get a water-cooled air conditioner from Wal-Mart or go swimming in the refreshing, always sparkiling clean pool. Domestic disputes can happen anywhere. The management cannot control residents' personal lives. This is why courtesy patrol is available. It is also why all U.S. cities have police. Any other minor resident issues, the management is more than happy to address as much as they can. If anyone complains that nothing is being done- rest assured, if the staff knows about the issue, something IS being done. They are not legally allowed to discuss these resolutions with anyone. As for bookkeeping- Tracey has been there for years. No one is perfect, but she comes pretty close. Any rent issues a resident may have is always corrected promptly. No one can prevent occassional human error. I am upset by the complaints I read here today. In all, you have to remember what is most important to you when looking for a place to live. Research the apartments, the neighborhoods and especially visit the property to see for yourself and experience the customer service. Montecito offers OUTSTANDING customer service and tries to accommodate thier residents as much as possible. If you have an issue with the parking, go to any other property and you will see that parking is an issue anywhere. Garages here are only $50 a month, certainly affordable for someone who just has to have a guaranteed parking space near their apartment at all times. This property isn't that big anyway, if you have to park on the other side or on the street, it's only going to take you less than 2 minutes to walk to your apartment. So, if someone tell you they have "ample" parking, they are lying. If I had to guess, I would say 95% (at least) of the residents love living at Montecito Village and would return if they ever moved back to Oceanside. It is truely unfortunate that the happy residents do not write up more reviews. Perhaps I'll spread the word, so everyone will know how awesome Montecito Village is. Everything you need or want for the right price and service is always with a smile. You can't ask for anything better. In all my years here, I wouldn't live anywhere else.
