I moved out of Montecito Village 4 months ago. I was looking for a change and something a little less expensive. I relocated to another apartment complex in Oceanside. I didnt realize how good I had it at Montecito Village. The landscaping is beautiful, the apartments are energy efficient, my neighbors were wonderful, maintenance came to fix things the same day I would call, and the ladies in the office were nice even after I had moved out. Parking was tight, but a garage solved that problem. Where I live now I save about $100.00 and it is not worth it. In two months when my lease is up I am moving back to Montecito Village. I will be paying a few dollars more but in return I will be getting a beautiful place to live where I am not ashamed when my family comes to see me from out of town.
