The staff including maintenance are always very friendly and helpful. We visited about 10 different places in Oceanside and are very happy with our choice to live here. We rent a garage ($50) and haven't had an issue with finding parking for our 2nd vehicle. The grounds are always clean and the gates closes promptly at 7pm so it's very safe. The only downfall is there isn't a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen and they do not allow dogs. If it weren't for those 2 things, this place would be perfect!
