I absolutely love living here. My husband and I were looking for an apartment that provided us with washers and dryers in the apt along with a great location and friendly, yet safe environment. This place provides that all! What I love most is that the office staff, each and every one of them, are ALWAYS welcoming and pleasant to deal with, unlike others that we have had to deal with in the past that could care less about issues that THEY were responsible for. We have lived here for a little over a year now and I just renewed our lease. Unfortunately we will be moving because my husband is being stationed elsewhere, but if we had the opportunity to stay...we wouldn't budge from this place. It is a bit pricey, but worth every cent!! Here is another reason why I love this place sooo much. I had an issue with my bathtub leaking somewhere and we could seem to find where it was leaking. My vanity area of my daughter's nursery ended up getting soaked with water and then it started to smell like mold and was just horrid, especially since I was almost five months pregnant on top of my husband being gone for Mojave Viper for 5 weeks...drove me nuts! Anyway, it took a few times, but they finally found that there was an actual crack in the bottom of my tub...so they replaced the carpet AND padding in the vanity area, refurbished and repainted my entire tub and shower, shampooed the carpet even, AND to top it off the office gave me $500 off my rent because of the inconvenience it caused. I had to stay with a friend of mine for almost two weeks because I could be around the paint nor the other chemicals. I truly appreciate such service for their residents. I will truly miss this place when we have to move out...but if we ever decide to move back here, I will certainly look into these places again!!
