Had 3 attempted break-ins in 6 months. Apartments are also seriously over priced. They are old and get super hot in the summer. Many old appliances that the apt complex will tell you are in good working condition..when they are not. Staff is not very helpful. I was lied to on many issues when moving in also. Not enough parking either and spa is broken atleast once a month.

I lived there for three years and enjoyed it very much. The ONLY problem is lack of parking but other than that I liked it there. Shanna is great as well as the other staff. And if you think these apartments are expensive you haven't looked around much.

the apartments are actually really well priced for the area, there are trashy apartments in downtown oceanside that are more money! However, recently I wanted to transfer my lease to another, bigger apartment and they told me it was going to be 1480, I checked online and they are usually 1380! Same apartment! What is up with that?
