I recently moved here and found that I really like it. I wasn't sure about the surrounding area, but the property is nice and the office staff was very helpful during my move and made the transition quite smooth and welcoming. My apartment is perfect and fits right into my budget, not having to pay Water, Sewer and Trash myself is a huge help! I'm a single mother of 2 and the elemantary near by is perfect for my 2 girls. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for decent living in Oceanside... near the beach, freeways, and/or Camp Pendleton which is only a few exits away. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
