I've lived here for about a year and have pretty much enjoyed my stay here. My lease will be ending here shortly and I plan on signing another 12 month lease. My kids go to the school nearby, so it's in a great location for me and my husband. The apartments are kept up pretty well, and management seems to be making some nice improvements. I just wish we had guest parking, but other than that I can't really complain. It's a small community so I know a lot of my neighbors which is nice and my kids have made some good friends with some of our neighbors kids, which gives it that "home" feeling. We've seen quite a few people move out recently, but it just seems to me that management is finally getting rid of a lot of the rift raft. The community has gotten much quiter in recent days and if there's ever a problem we just call security and they do a decent job of making sure the rules are followed and the place is quiet at night, for the most part anyways. I referred one of my coworkers here and they moved in a month ago and so far like it just as much as we do.
