I was recently deployed and my wife is expecting our 2nd child so we need a 3 bedroom, so we won't be able to go back to these apartments, but my wife and I both really enjoyed our stay there. The townhome we lived in was exactly what we wanted in an apartment at that time. It's a really good size with two master bedrooms so theres a bathroom in each room plus a half bathroom downstairs which we liked so our guests didn't have to go through our room to use the bathroom. It really felt like a home and not an apartment. The surrounding area is older, but it's pretty much what you should expect in Oceanside and is definitely one of the nicer complexes around. Once you get through the gates it's pretty secluded and quiet for the most part. There are some really great views of the canyon which surrounds the entire complex. Parking was sometimes a pain, but only usually at night when people would park on the lot who were not permitted to obviously because management wasn't there at night to regulate at all times. Without these unpermitted people there seems to be enough parking and everyone has a garage which is a good bonus. We also really enjoyed the staff there and even still keep in contact with the manager Ashley who is a sweetheart and works very hard to keep the apartments up to standard. In my attempt to help my wife search for a 3 bedroom prior to my return I had heard of this website and thought I should leave a few friendly words about these apartments that are definitely worth checking out. Hopefully we'll find a 3 bedroom apartment that we can enjoy just as much.
