New Mangements Sucks

My first 6 months here was great. Ashley was a wonderful property manager. Grounds were kept, maintenance problems were taken care of almost immediately. Towards the end of our second lease a new management bought the complex. No big deal right' Wrong. The new property manager makes me think she's trying to make a name for herself. Right away new roofs, gutters, and when we left they were talking about garage openers. With the coming in of "M" floods of residents left. I happened to meet with one of the owners while in the office one day, we talked about my situation, and he said there would be no problems with renewing our lease. When the time came however, new manager lagged on it. We called a few times, and she said she'd bring it by. It seems she has a memory problem. We came in to remind her twice, and nothing came of it. So when we told her we're just gonna leave, she acted all surprised, like we're springing it on her out of no where. She really needs to work on her people skills.
