I lived at ocean park for 6 years and never had any problems other than your normal the staff all around are very helpful and nice. The only reason we moved out was because we bought a house. people will always find something to complain about any where they live. The office cannot keep everybody happy so im sorry but like i said we were happy living there and we would recommend ocean park to anybody that was looking for an apartment. The staff there is always around making sure the place is clean and quiet and like i said always helping the people out. for an older apartments complex is kept up pretty good.
