I have lived here almost 6 years and I love it. The manager, Claire, is very fair, honest, and stays on top of things. The place is kept clean, & quiet. If you need maintenance they get right on it. No complaints out of me!!!!!! and I've never heard any neighbors complaining and they have all been around 2 or 3 years. Never see people moving in or out either.
Very happy tennant.

maybe thats because you are one of the bottomless child molesters that keep renewing their lease there. The place is falling apart, and someone who says it is great, is obviously enjoying the lower depths of living in such a drug infested, low class neighborhood.
