I lived in Ocean View Terrace Apts for almost 3 years until almost 2 years ago when I left the area. I loved it there and if I ever move back to the area that is the first place I will go to find an apartment.
The apartments are large, have huge closets and each has a carport with lockable storage.
The maintenance is high-end. You have a problem, they are on it. The units are older but as they are being vacated, they are being upgraded. Even as-is they always have good carpet, new paint, have been professionally painted and cleaned and everything is in good working order.
The grounds are well kept and the management is very professional and does not tolerate loud parties, drugs or fighting. Ocean View Terrace has a large number of long term and return tenants which speaks highly of the complex.
