I've posted a review about Presidio before but I hate it so much that I have to say it again...

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Yes, my neighbors are still drug dealers. No, the "amenities" do not work. In fact, let me tell you about the laundry. In the apartments they have stackable washer/dryers. Of course, if you plan on washing more than 3 socks at a time, you need a full size washer. So I took my blankets down to the laundry and...the facilities were filty. Not dirty. Not dusty. Absolutely disgusting. Out of the 8 washers they had, only 2 worked. One of them had a condom in it. Expect the same level of upkeep from the dryers. The floor was covered in dirt, dust, lint, and dead insects. But don't worry...the door is broken now so you can't get in there anyways.

And speaking of locks, don't expect the ones on your door to work. Oh no, it only takes a driver's license or credit card to spring the locks open. Perhaps that wouldn't bother me so much except for the thugs that were trying to break into my roommate's car or the drunkard that spent the night yelling and crying in the grass by my front door. But now that I've learned how to sleep with one eye open, I'm adjusting well.

My lease is up in two months and I can't wait to see what surprises the management has in store for me. If faced with the choice between renewing my lease and living on the street...I'd find a nice box and some newspapers to keep me warm. I'll keep you guys updated.

Have you tried to find out who manages this place? I mean besides talking to the people at the office? People that manage this place should be aware of what goes on, the people in the office are not going to spill their guts out to them. They tell them everything is fine, but if someone were to explain to them, just like you are doing, all the problems that are going on here, perhaps, they'll get off their ....and do something about it. You have to go to the right sources or this things will only get worse. I just thank you for giving me this information and make sure I don't come live there, because from the outside unfortunately it does not look that bad, but I do realize that the truth comes out once you actually step in it, when its too late, until of course your lease comes up. Good luck to you and hope you can find a better place to live.
