If it wasn't the ghetto thugs and their bass rattling my windows or sitting on the stair drinking out of paper bags...then it was the obnoxious marines and their rude wives. I could hear every step my upstairs neighbors made...not to mention their fighting. I can't tell you how many times Oceansied PD was there on calls. The management was ok but never got any results when I told them there were roaches in my apartment. And forget trying to enjoy the pool because the non-paying attention parents let them scream, jump and splash without regard to the others. I would not reccomend!
