Presidio at Rancho Del Oro are absolutely terrible! Everyone should avoid them. I have lived here almost a year now and will be leaving soon. Their prices are too high for the remodeled ones and the unremodeled apartments are all falling apart. They take way too long to fix anything. My mirror in the dining room broke. I put in a request to have it fixed. They came in, took the mirror and it's been 2 months and I have yet to recieve my fixed mirror. Additionally over those 2 months i went in about 4 times asking about the mirror and they always said they'd call me the next day but they never did. I also know tons of tenants in this apartment building who can't wait to move out. The fee to have a dog is ridiculously high when a dog is basically a necessity here considering cars are always being broken into, motorcycles are being stolen, and there is a history of break ins [or attempted break ins] into the apartment. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best rating for an apartment, I would give Presidio a 1.5. It looks nice, the landlord is kind, but they don't do ANYTHING right and should not be running this business because they apparently can;t handle it.

Just a couple of questions for you j.bush11... How is a dog going to stop a car break in, where else have you rented that didn't have a fee for an animal, do you know the difference between a break-in and an attempted break-in, and last what do you do for a living?
