I have lived here for a year now and I have had no real problems. I have had my roof leak when it rained real hard, but it hardly rains here. But when it did leak the maintenance guys were in here to do their best. The location is quiet as well, as we are at the end of a cul-de-sac. Also the surrounding houses are a retirement community so everything is nice and calm and peaceful. If you are planning on moving to oceanside, ca this is where to live.
