Keep driving! This place is horrible. The people running this place are incredibly rude! They give you attitude over the phone and in person. Any questions you have will never be answered and repairs or lease agreements are all bull to them. They don't honor anything they say they will do. They will suprise you with rent increases twice a year if your on a six month lease or once a year with year leases, and we're talking $300-$400 rent increases. Also, the plumbing is horrible. If you like listening to bad pipes by all means move here.
Also, be careful about the hidden mold problems they don't want you to know about. Or the fact that their front management is caught walking into units unannounced with no authority and no good reason, and then things turn up missing and still lying about ever being there. Such a Joke! Be aware of ------! She's the rude ---** in the front office that thinks she's the queen of River Oaks.
If you enjoy horrible service, rude staff, broken pipes, mold, and couches left next to the dump move to River Oaks on San Ramon Dr. in Oceanside.
Don't get me wrong...it wasn't always this way. But under the new ownership everything has gone to hell!
