Our car got broken into and vandalized, causing almost $500 in damage, and all the apartment staff could say was "was your car parked in its assigned place'"'!'!'! Of course it was!! And the parking lots don't have enough lighting so it's an open invitation for thieves and car jackers. We asked them to install flood lights in the parking lot and they did no such thing. There are a dozen or so kids running around the streets all day and all night long, they jump out in front of your car while their parents stand there and do nothing. And the kids find stray cats all over the place. The neighbor's dogs and cats have fleas and they give all the other tenants flea problems. The rules change here on a daily basis; one day pets are allowed, the next day they aren't and now you get a fine if you don't pick up your dog's poop. The maintenance workers start working with their leaf blowers at 7am on the weekends and for some reason they can't finish the job until the evening even though there aren't many leaves to blow around!!!! For the amount you pay in rent here, you could find a decent apartment somewhere else!
