It's not worth the $$. The playgrounds suck. The pool is always littered w/ leaves. Children can't color w/ chalk outside. They want to tell you what can and can't be placed in your garage. They want to uphold the appearance of the community, yet there are pot holes, chipping paint on the outside walls, drive ways are cracked. There is litter that has not been picked up, we are talking weeks here. Management has changed @ least 3x that I know of & they didn't tell anyone. I happened to call the leasing office one day and they answered differently. I thought I had the wrong number. I'm not impressed w/ this place. I wish I had found a different place. I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE!But, on the upside, my neighbors are cool.

Omg, when we got that letter saying what we can and cannot have in our garage, I almost lost it. we pay good money to live here. I don't see how they have the right to tell you what to do with the space you pay for.. not to mention we aren't allowed to bbq or have a bbq on our patio? Are these people insane?
