we wanted a place near camp Pendleton and found Riverview springs. everything looked nice so we moved right in. Come to find out the apartment was infested with fleas! It took them two weeks to get out to out apartment because the pest control only came every two weeks. The kitchen is small and there is no cabinet space. All the appliances are set to energy saver, so the dishwasher doesn't dry our dishes and every time we open the fridge and take something out the condensation drips all over the floor. PARKING is horrible! Do not expect a parking place remotely near your apartment after 9 pm. The apartment is way way way over priced. they make themselves to be something they are not. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE.
