Ive only been here a month, yeah... brand new but so far so good. Really, the laundry is a 30 second walk away, parking hasnt been an issue at all, and to me, the ladies and guy at the office have been chill. Even smiley. Whatev... Yeah the carpets were kinda grosse. My standards are way high. I was kinda like ummm'' And there is a strange sound in the walls, I assume rats' Mice' Not enough for me to complain. A little concerned though. We will see how it goes. Ive read through the comments here, and a month in, ive truly had no problems at all. Havent seen drug deals so on... My brand new car is perfectly fine out there. However I can peek at it periodically from the bathroom window. Its all gravy dude. Kinda high priced, and for that price woulda expected newer carpet and/or appliances'! A bit outdated but overall... eh. Deal. Its friggin Oceanside.

IT GETS COLLLLLLLLLLDDDDDDDDDDDDDD in here. My windows are very like um, drafty. Its winter now so.. it will go away but. DAYAM. Chilly old kinda windows. Cheap locks too. They definetly could afford some upgrades for what were all payin them.
