This place is nasty. Outdated fixtures, it stinks and they will charge you for EVERYTHING when you move out and keep your entire deposit. Please take my word for it as a recent tenant. They WILL screw you over when you move out. They are theives. I guess everyone has to make an extra buck huh. They do it by stealing. Have fun if you move there with the loud neighbors, paper thin walls and ant/rat problem that they wont do anything about either. They carpet is USED when you move in, and stinks with staining but when you move out they will charge you for a dirty carpet. Go figure. Way too expensive. Drug deals YES right under my window, scratched cars from the parking lot, dumpster divers probably stealing everyones identities. Oh and they began painting the fences but stopped half way through and just left it. HOW GHETTO. THUMBS down. Youve been warned.
