Our motorcycle was stolen from the parking lot along with two others that we know of within a month of moving in. The office staff didn't want to hear about it, were not even interested in getting the police report information and just seemed to want us out of the office as fast as possible. Maintenance takes 3 weeks or more to show up (we had electrical outlets that didn't work). We never had rats or roaches, but the building is old so you do get alot of spiders and bugs from outside finding their way in. The worst thing is no air conditioning and the apartments are poorly ventilated, so it was always hot, no matter the temperature outside. The carpet was ancient when we moved in and the apartment was very dark. The office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with and I used to lease apartments so I understand the job. They really just don't care about the residents. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. You can get a much nicer place for the money.
