Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Very well kept landscaping, convenient to beaches, grocery stores, shopping plazas, restaurants, Walmarts, and Highways 76, 5, and 101.
30 minutes to San Diego, 1hr in morning and afternoon traffic.
15 minutes to San Marcos.
Spacious apts...
1-bedroom 775-800 sq ft.
Parking usually available, car thefts and vadelism.
New management working on better parking lot security.
Very loud atmosphere...
the road that some apartments are on is very busy at night with large trucks and motorcycles.
Loud music from some apts..
not too late at night.
Very dusty and slightly moldy in apt ceilings and walls.
Poor ventilation.
Overall, it is a good apt for beach access and convienence.
Too far for San Deigo commute during summer months.
