Moldy, ghetto and cheap!!

These apartments are absolutely disgusting!! There is tons of mold all over the apartment.
Of course when we first moved in it was covered up but after a few months it just started appearing behind the toilet, the walls, around the windows, in the cabinets where i kept my food! It looked like they just painted right over it.
The carpet is stained and the stains just keep appearing.
There are lots of bugs and the walls are super thin so you can hear everything.
Half the time our heating vent didnt work.
The kids in the area always run through the parking lot with no shoes and pick things out of the dumpster.
There is NO storage so if you own lots of things you have no place to put them.
The pool is always dirty and there was once a dead owl in it for 2 days before they removed it.
Basically this place is horrible and i would never, ever recommend it to anyone!

We had a mold problem too. The pool was discusting and the laundyroom next to the pool was horrible too. The dryers were always eating our quarters, the lock on the door was broken, and the light bulbs were all burned out. This was as of April 2006. Hopefully these issues have been resolved.
