Within the first month that I was there my car was broken into 4 times, my tires were slashed twice, my apartment was almost broken into once. The management doesn't really care about anything that goes on there. My dishwasher and my exahst fan broke the second month I was there and after repeated attempts to get them fixed they are still broken. It's been about 8 months now since I've moved in and I can't say that I like it one bit. The apartment was destroyed when I moved in and the construction people left a mess behind along with there tools. I had people I didn't even know trying to use a "master key" to get into my apartment so that they can get there tools. I would stay away from this one at all costs

If the apartment was destroyed when you moved in, why did you sign the lease? I had problems too but I at least made sure I saw the apartment first.
