The property managers are trying to charge us over 10,000 for those crappy apartments that were damaged in result to their so-called "maintenance man"- whom I dont even think is licensed- because he installed a toilet and it was used, old and the flapper was broken.

They are liars and thieves and should be reported to the Department of Housing.
