The apartment overall if good and the location is great! The managment is horrible they are nice to get you in but as soon as you are in you are not as important. We recieve excuse after excuse for any issue from the upstairs neighbors jumping up and down and serveral things were unacceptable when we moved in including an Ant Farm in the bedroom wall. The patio door does not have wheels and the screens were missing and torn and not sized properly. There is a leak under the bathroom sink which caused the bottom shelf to rot. Appliance were working but had broken part to prevent proper function/use. Many details are not addresses until you bring it to their attention several times and then they tell you if you want it new it is $200 more per month. I wasn't asking for new just functional! Make sure you look at the apt and make sure the work is completed before you move in.
