Terrible place to live, Don't be fooled!

This place is just bad! I've seen alot of posts about the mold and I've lived here for 2 years and it does not get better! The mold grows in places you never even thought. I have to clean my sliding door and bedroom windows with bleach once a week to keep it at bay. Everyone who's posted on here should print these comments and keep them for your records because when you try to move out, they WILL try to keep more of your deposit by blaming the mold on you! The "landlords" (use that term loosely)perform random "inspections" of the apartments and call it legal by slapping a note on your door while you're at work. The maintenance guys are skeevy, barely speak English and I think one of them is the complex drug dealer. A real comfort knowing these types of people have access to your stuff anytime there's a maintenance "emergency"! In the past month the water has been shut off, with no prior notice, 3 times! I advise anyone who lives here to brush up on tenant's rights and laws before moving out so that you don't get screwed! As far as parking goes, when I had my parents come to visit, I was told that they'd have to park on the street because they were issuing stickers and that anyone w/out a sticker would be towed. that was last Oct. and I'm yet to see anyone get towed but there are ALWAYS cars w/out stickers parked around my apartment!
